06.03.2012: The symposium Advanced Battery Power in Muenster, Germany, saw the first Poster Award which is likely to become an institution at conference for the next years event in Aachen. Lordmayor of Muenster, Markus Lewe, handed over the first price to Stefan Olliges (Technical University of Braunschweig) for his poster “Simulation fo the mechanical properties of electrodes using Discrete-Element-Method (DEM)”. Two more prices were given to Stephan Klink (Ruhr-University of Bochum) and Peter Axmann (Centre for Solarenergy and Hydrogen-Research).
